摘要
为评价黑果腺肋花楸果实的生理活性,对其多酚含量及体外抗氧化活性进行研究。利用Fllolin-Ciocalteu法测定多酚含量,利用DPPH自由基清除能力、总抗氧化能力、超氧化阴离子消除能力和蛋白质保护作用研究抗氧化活性。结果表明:去籽果实提取物的多酚含量普遍高于有籽果实,其中去籽果实甲醇提取物的含量最高,有籽果实乙醇提取物的含量最低,两者相差4.7倍;去籽果实甲醇提取物的DPPH自由基清除能力最强,而有籽水提取物最弱;超氧化阴离子清除作用最强的是去籽甲醇和水提取物,而最弱的是有籽果实乙醇提取物;总抗氧化能力最强的是去籽水提取物,而最弱的是有籽果实乙醇提取物;去籽果实甲醇提取物的蛋白质保护能力最强,而有籽水提取物最弱。这一研究提示黑果腺肋花楸去籽果实比有籽果实具有更高的体外抗氧化活性,抗氧化活性的强弱可能与总酚含量的高低有关。
In order to evaluate the physiological activity of Aronia melanocarpa fruit polyphenols content and antioxidant activity in vitro were determined.The content of polyphenols was determined by Fllolin-Ciocalteu assay,and antioxidant activity was studied by DPPH free radical scavenging ability,total antioxidant ability,superoxide anion scavenging ability and protein protective effect.The results showed that the content of polyphenols in the seedless fruit extract was generally higher than that in the seeded fruit,the content of methanol extract in the seed-free fruit was the highest,and the content of ethanol extract in the seed-free fruit was the lowest,with a difference of 4.7 times.The DPPH free radical scavenging ability of methanol extract from seedless fruits was the strongest,while the water extract from seeded fruit was the weakest.The strongest scavenging effect of superoxide anion was the seed-removing methanol and water extract,while the weakest was the seed-bearing fruit ethanol extract.The water extract with the strongest antioxidant capacity was seed-free,while the ethanol extract with seeds was the weakest.The protein protection ability of methanol extract from seedless fruit was the strongest,while the water extract from seeded fruit was the weakest.The results indicated that the seedless fruit of A.melanocarpa had higher antioxidant activity in vitro than the seeded fruit,and the antioxidant activity may be related to the content of total phenols.
