摘要
以冰醋酸(HAC)、CaCl2和AlCl3溶液作为絮凝剂对白炭黑/天然胶乳混合液进行絮凝,研究了不同絮凝方法对母炼胶基本性能及动态机械性能的影响。结果表明,相比于HAC,使用含有金属离子的絮凝剂制备母炼胶具有更好的基本性能和动态机械性能,其中尤以CaCl2絮凝制备的胶料各项性能最佳,满足了胶料的使用性。
This paper studied the effects of different flocculation methods on the basic properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the masterbatch by using HAC,CaCl2and AlCl3 solutions as flocculants to flocculate the silica or natural latex mixture.The results suggest that compared with HAC,using flocculants that contain metal ions to prepare the masterbatch has better basic properties and dynamic mechanical properties.And the properties of the rubber prepared by CaCl2 flocculation are particularly the best,which greatly meets the usability of the rubber.
