摘要
本文研究了凝固方法对天然橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:不同凝固方法制备的天然橡胶都达到5号标准橡胶的质量指标,生物凝固的天然橡胶硫化时间较短、硫化胶力学性能较好、而抗老化性能较差,HAc凝固的天然橡胶的硫化时间较长,硫化胶力学性能较差,而抗老化性能较好。
The effect of different coagulation methods on the properties of natural rubber were inrestigated. The results showed that the quality of natural rubber got to the quality of 5# standard, for the natural rubber prepared by microbial coagulation, the optimun cure time is shorter, the mechanical properties are better and the heat-resistant aging properties are lower than that by other coagulation. However for the natural rubber prepared by acid coagulation,theoptimun cure time is longer, the mechanical properties are less and the heat-resistant aging properties are better than that by other coagulation.
