木质素对SBS弹性体的填充改性

摘要 采用熔融共混法制备了木质素填充的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)弹性体材料。通过力学性能测试及扫描电镜分析、动态力学分析和红外光谱分析等方法,研究了木质素对SBS力学性能和热氧老化性能的影响。结果表明,木质素加入SBS能改善其拉伸性能,当加入6%(质量分数)的木质素后,SBS的拉伸强度和断裂能分别比纯SBS弹性体增加15.4%和16.7%;木质素的加入对SBS动态力学性能总体影响不大;与未改性SBS弹性体相比,木质素的填充可以减弱SBS的热氧老化过程,且随着木质素含量的增加,这种效应更趋于明显。 The styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS)elastomer materials filled with lignin were prepared through melt mixing process.The effect of lignin on mechanical properties and thermal oxidation aging properties of SBS were studied by tensile testing,scanning electron microscope(SEM),dynamic mechanical analysis and ATR infrared.The experimental results showed that the tensile properties of SBS elastomer could be improved by the filling of lignin.Compared with the unfilled SBS,the tensile strength and fracture energy of SBS filled with 6%lignin increased by 15.4%and 16.7%respectively.The dynamic mechanical analysis indicated that the dynamic mechanical properties almost unchanged by filling with lignin.The incorporation of lignin could retard thermal oxidation process of SBS.In addition,with the increase of lignin,the anti-aging effect could be more obviously.
