摘要
本文论述了将芦苇碱法制浆黑液回收所得的碱木质素对天然胶、丁苯胶进行填充以及碱木质素的粒径、含量、活化等因素对产物性能的影响．结果表明：木质素粒径越小，则填充胶性能越好，且含量变化对产物性能影响也越大；甲醛改性的碱木质素填充胶的性能与炭黑填充胶的性能接近；碱木质素与炭黑混合填充天然胶的性能较好．
The natural rubber.styreme-butadierne rubber filled with alkaline lignin retrieved from reed alkaline pulping black liquid and the product's performance effected by alkaline lignin's grain size. contain.activation and etc.are described.The results show that the less the grain size of lignin,the better the performance of filled rubber.The performance of alkaline lignin filling rubber of modified formaldehyde is close to that of carbon black rubber,alkaline lignin and carbon black are filled in natural rubber mixedly.
