摘要
应用Aspen Plus模拟软件,对煤气站加压流化床气化炉操作参数进行研究,分析在特定温度、压力范围内温度和压力以及蒸汽/碳比值这三个参数对燃气热值的影响,提出流化床气化炉合理的操作参数。
In this paper,Aspen Plus simulation software is used to study the operating parameters of the pressurized fluidized bed gasifier in a gas station,and the effects of the three parameters of temperature and pressure in a specific temperature,pressure range and the steam/carbon ratio on the calorific value of the gas are analyzed.This paper proposes the reasonable operating parameters of fluidized bed gasifier.
