摘要
用小于10mm的粉煤做气化原料,用富氧空气(O233%)、水蒸汽混合作为气化剂,使粉煤在流化床内流化,同时进行物理化学反应,产出煤气。煤气净化后输送给用户。燃料煤气热值4 190~6 270kJ/Nm3,煤气生产负荷可根据生产需要在70%~120%之间调节,恩德粉煤气化技术生产煤气已经在生产实践中得到很好的应用。
Taking Pulverized coal of less than 10mm as raw materials, Using the mixture of oxygen--en- riched air (O2:33%) and water vapor as gasifying agent to fluidify pulverized coal in a fluidized--bed. At the same time, some physical and chemical reactions occurs simultaneously, so coal gas can be made and be transferred to user after purifying. The calorific value of coal gas is 4 190-6 270 kJ/Nm^3. The quantity of Coal gas was made can be adjusted by demands of production from 700/00 to 120%, The producing of Coal gas by the technology of Ende Pulverized Coal Gasification has got a good application in practice.
