摘要
目的探讨精细化管理干预对乳腺癌根治术后患者并发症预防及医患关系改善的效果。方法依据随机数字表法将136例接受乳腺癌根治术的乳腺癌患者分为观察组和对照组,每组68例。对照组患者给予常规干预,观察组患者在常规干预的基础上给予精细化管理干预。比较两组患者的术后肢体功能恢复达优率、生活质量、并发症发生率及住院满意度。结果观察组患者术后肢体功能恢复达优率为88.24%,明显高于对照组的69.12%(P﹤0.01)。术后,观察组患者的生理状态、心理状态、社会功能状态及主观判断评分均明显高于对照组(P﹤0.01)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率为5.88%,低于对照组的20.59%(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者的住院满意度为95.59%,明显高于对照组的77.94%(P﹤0.01)。结论精细化管理干预有助于促进乳腺癌根治术患者术后肢体功能恢复,提高生活质量,降低并发症发生风险,提高患者满意度,在改善医患关系中发挥积极作用,建议在医疗服务行业推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of applying meticulous management in breast cancer patients after radical mastectomy for preventing postoperative complications and improving doctor-patient relationship.Method A total of 136 breast patients administered with radical mastectomy were randomized to study group and control group,with 68 cases in each.Patients in control group were administered with routine interventions,meanwhile patients in the study group were given meticulous management in addition to routine interventions.The postoperative limb function recovery,quality of life,incidence of complications and satisfaction level regarding hospitalization care were compared between the two groups.Result The proportion of patients with good postoperative limb function recovery in study group was 88.24%,and it was significantly higher than the 69.12%observed in control group(P<0.01).After surgery,the scores of physical,psychological,social relationships and subjective judgment domains in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The overall incidence of complications after surgery was 5.88%in study group,which was notably lower compared to the 20.59%observed in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate about hospitalization care was reported by study group patients as high as 95.59%,and was significantly better than that of the control group reported as 77.94%(P<0.01).Conclusion Meticulous management facilitates the recovery of limb function after radical mastectomy,thus helps improve the quality of life,reduce the risk of complications,with higher level of satisfaction from patients,demonstrating an active role in bettering doctor-patient relationship.It is recommended to be applied across the medical service industry.
