摘要
以拟薄水铝石为前驱体,硝酸为胶溶剂,采取溶胶与喷雾干燥相结合的方法,目的是得到微米级尺寸的成球性良好的多孔氧化铝微球,并探讨其吸附性能.经研究发现,溶胶体系在pH值为3,固含量为25%时经喷雾干燥所得产物形貌最佳.通过对制得的多孔氧化铝微球吸附甲基紫实验结果可知,多孔氧化铝微球动力学吸附行为满足伪二级动力学方程,热力学行为满足Langmuir等温吸附方程,是自发、放热且趋于有序的单分子层吸附行为,去除率可达96.44%.
Spheric and porous alumina microspheres were obtained by sol-spray drying method using pseudo-boehmite as precursor and nitric acid as peptizing agent,and the adsorption properties were studied.It is found that the sol system micro-sized porous alumina microspheres with good sphericity can be obtained by spray drying at pH=3 and solid content of 25 wt%.According to the experiment results of adsorption of methyl violet on the as-prepared porous alumina microspheres,the kinetic adsorption behavior of the porous alumina microspheres meets the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation,and their thermodynamic behavior meets the Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation.The adsorption is a spontaneous,exothermic monolayer adsorption behavior that tends to be orderly with the removal rate of 96.44%.
