摘要
目的探讨GE TRACERlab FX-FN合成18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)合成条件及对合成效率的影响。方法选取本院2015年2月至2016年1月PET/CT中心进行18F-FDG合成样本46例,分别采用GE公司提供的GE TRACERlab FX-FN多功能合成模块(23例,FN模块)和Tracerlab FX-FDG专用模块(23例,FDG模块),对比两种模块用于18F-FDG合成的合成条件及合成效率差异。结果FDG模块的准备丙酮总量18mL高于FN模块用量7mL,FDG模块的准备用时显著高于FN模块的准备用时(P<0.05);FN模块的18F-FDG合成时间显著高FDG模块的合成时间(P<0.05);FN模块的合成总用时显著低于FDG模块(P<0.05);两种模块合成成功率及合成18F-FDG的放射化学纯度相比差异无统计学意义。结论TRACERlab FX-FN多功能合成模块较Tracerlab FX-FDG专用模块的准备用时更短,合成时间长,但总合成时间短,消耗丙酮量少,合成成功率及放射化学纯度相当。
Objective To investigate the synthesis conditions and effect of GE TRACERlab FX-FN on synthesis of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose(18F-FDG).Methods 46 samples of 18F-FDG synthesis samples were selected from the PET/CT center of our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016.GE TRACERlab FX-FN multifunctional synthesis module(23 cases,FN module)and Tracerlab FX-FDG special module(23 cases,FDG mod ule)provided by GE were used to compare the synthesis conditions and synthesis efficiency difference of the two modules for synthesis of 18F-FDG.Results The total acetone prepared by FDG module was 18 mL higher than that by FN module,and the preparation time of FDG module was signifi cantly higher than that of FN module(P<0.05).The 18F-FDG synthesis time of FN module was significantly higher than that of FDG module(P<0.05).The total synthesis time of FN module was significantly lower than that of FDG module(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the success rate of the two modules and the radiochemical purity of 18F-FDG.Conclusion The preparation time of TRACERlab FX-FN multifunctional synthesis module is shorter,the synthesis time is longer,but the total synthesis time is shorter,acetone consumption is less,synthesis success rate and radiochemical purity are equal.
