摘要
某公司开展了交联X-ETFE高性能传输电线电缆的自主研制,用于机载系统电源和信息的传递。介绍了主要性能指标、结构设计和材料选择、关键生产工艺,并进行性能测试,证明本产品具有优越的机械性能、电绝缘性能、抗辐射性能、抗冷热冲击性能和外径小、重量轻、使用温度范围宽等特点,适用于航空航天等领域、飞行器等飞行环境,特别适用于环境条件苛刻的海洋环境。
With the rapid development of China’s aviation,aerospace and electronics industries,higher requirements are imposed on insulated wires for signal and energy transmission.The wires are required to be not only light in weight,small in outer diameter,high in mechanical strength,high in temperature resistance,but also required in wires can adapt to a variety of harsh environments.Cross-linked X-ETFE high-performance transmission wire and cable has been developed internationally in recent years and is widely used in high-end fields such as aerospace.
