摘要
交联乙烯-四氟乙烯(X-ETFE)绝缘线缆具有质量轻、耐辐照、机械性能和电气性能俱佳的特点,随着我国航空航天技术的迅速发展,交联乙烯-四氟乙烯绝缘线缆因其优异的性能在航空航天、武器装备等领域也得到广泛应用。为了探究辐照过程与交联乙烯-四氟乙烯绝缘线缆性能之间的关系,将通过对不同的辐照剂量对于交联乙烯-四氟乙烯电缆的影响规律进行研究,分别从宏观力学性能和微观结构变化、熔融与结晶变化等方面进行深入探讨分析,优化电缆的辐照加工工艺,从而提高电缆本身的力学性能和高温性能,更有利于适应航空航天严苛的使用环境。
Crosslinked ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene(X-ETFE)insulated cable has the characteristics of light weight,irradiation resistance,good mechanical and electrical properties.With the rapid development of aerospace technology in China,X-ETFE insulated cable has been widely used in aerospace,weapons and other fields due to its excellent performance.To explore irradiation process and X-ETFE insulated cables,the relationship between the performance will be based on different irradiation dose for X-ETFE the influence law of the cable,respectively from the macroscopic mechanical properties and microscopic structure changes,melting and crystallization analysis,in-depth studies are optimized cable irradiation processing technology,so as to improve the mechanical properties and high temperature performance of the cable itself.
