摘要
对不同石脑油裂解后产生的裂解气的原料组成及含量进行分析,采用蒸汽裂解模拟装置结合气相色谱进行评价,确定各种石脑油的最佳裂解条件和裂解产品的经济效益,为乙烯装置操作调整和原料优化提供技术支撑。
The compositions and contents of cracking gas raw materials produced after cracking of different kinds of naphtha were analyzed,and the optimal cracking conditions and economic benefits of cracking products were determined by simulated steam cracking device test combined with gas chromatography,which provided technical support for operation adjustment and raw material optimization of ethylene plant.
