摘要
导热油加热系统由于其高温低压、安全、可靠等特点在石化行业得到广泛应用。本文从设备功能、系统功能和安全控制系统的三个方面概括了导热油加热系统的工艺设计要点,在此基础上开发了导热油冷热双循环工艺,并在工程实践中得到良好应用效果。
Heat transfer oil heating system has been widely used in petrochemical industry due to its high temperature at low pressure,safety and reliability. The key points of process design of heat transfer oil heating system was summarized from the three aspects of equipment function,system function and safety control system in this paper,the heating and cooling bi-circulating process was developed on this basis and applied well in engineering practice.
