摘要
本文介绍了中型试验装置导热油加热系统的工作原理、工艺流程、主要设备结构以及针对在试验过程中出现的技术问题的改进。重点将高压蒸汽加热方式与导热油加热方式在优化试验数据和试验操作等方面进行了对比。得出结论:导热油加热系统不仅设备结构简单,操作方便,而且极大地优化了试验数据,具有很高的使用价值,值得在生产实践中推广。
This paper mainly introduced the working principle, process, main equipment structure of the heat conducting oil heating system in the medium test device , and also the improvement of the technical problems during the experiment. Mainly compared the high pressure steam heating and the heat conducting oil heating method in the optimization of test data and test operation. Conclusion: heat conducting oil heating system not only had simple equipment structure , easy operation and greatly optimizes the test data, which had very high use value, worthy of promotion in the production practice.
