摘要
从福州市水系发达型滨海城市这一特点入手,针对福州市城市抗震防灾专项规划(2010-2020)中交通系统在水系规划现状,探讨了福州市交通系统抗震防灾规划的提升策略:构建独立的震后救灾水运航道网络子系统以及并联道路子系统和水运航道网络子系统,确定了相应的规划原则,选取光明港沿河公园进行并联网络系统连接单元的规划示范设计。
Based on the natural geographical characteristics coastal city-Fuzhou,and in view of the current the special plan for earthquake and disaster prevention from(2010-2020),this paper discusses the positive strategies of the planning of traffic system earthquake and disaster prevention in Fuzhou City.Firstly,this paper builds an independent waterway subsystem and connects roadway and waterway network subsystem together.Secondly,this paper establishes the corresponding planning principles about roadway and waterway network subsystem.Finally,this paper chooses the Guangming port Riverside Park as an example of connection unit of roadway and waterway network subsystem to plan and design.
