摘要
探讨艾草改性竹浆纤维粘胶18 tex混纺纱的工艺优化措施,并对5种混纺比的艾草改性竹浆纤维粘胶混纺纱的强伸性、毛羽、条干和抗菌性能进行测试与分析。采用灰色聚类分析的方法对5种纱线的性能进行综合评价。结果表明:随着艾草改性竹浆纤维含量的增加,混纺纱的断裂强力逐渐增加,断裂伸长率和3 mm毛羽数呈现先减后增的趋势,艾草改性竹浆纤维含量对混纺纱条干CV值影响不显著;艾草改性竹浆纤维含量达到60%时,混纺纱对大肠杆菌具有较强的抑菌性能。认为:在该试验中,艾草改性竹浆纤维含量为60%时,混纺纱综合性能最好。
The process optimization measures for wormwood modified bamboo fiber viscose 18 tex blended yarn were discussed. The breaking tenacity & elongation,hairiness,evenness and antibacterial property of wormwood modified bamboo fiber viscose blended yarn with five different blended ratios were tested and analyzed.Gray clustering analyses method was adopted for the comprehensive evaluation of five kinds of yarns. The test results showed that the breaking strength of blended yarn was gradually increased as the increase of wormwood modified bamboo fiber content.The breaking elongation and 3 mm hairiness number showed a trend of decrease first and then increase.The influence of wormwood modified bamboo fiber content on the evenness CV of blended yarn was not significant.When the wormwood modified bamboo fiber content was 60%,the blended yarn had stronger antibacterial property on escherichia coli.It is considered that the comprehensive properties are the best in the experiment when the wormwood modified bamboo fiber content is 60%.
