摘要
总结抗菌涤纶混纺多功能织物的开发要点。介绍了国家标准中织物抗菌性、吸湿速干性、防静电等要求指标;通过一系列的测试,最终确定了织物规格;总结了整经、浆纱、织造、染整及后整理的主要工艺参数和采取的相关技术措施;测试了最终成品的各项功能性指标。结果表明:开发的织物抗菌性、吸湿速干性、防静电性、断裂强力等均达到了相应的国家标准要求。认为:开发的织物属于集多种功能于一体的新型服装面料,可广泛应用于石油、化工和煤炭等行业。
Development key points of antibacterial polyester blended multifunetional woven fabric were sum- marized. Requirements indicators of woven fabric in national standard such as antibacterial property, moisture ab sorbent& quick drying and anti-static were introduced. Through a series of tests, woven fabric specification was finally determined. The major technology parameters and related technology measures of warping, sizing, wea ving,dyeing and finishing were summarized. Functional indicators of finished product were tested. Results showed that antibacterial property, moisture absorbent ~ quick drying, anti-static and breaking strength of developed woven fabric were met the relevant national standard requirements. It is considered that developed woven fabric is a new kind of multifunctional garment fabric. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical engineering, coal and other industries.
