摘要
学前教育是我国国民教育体系的重要组成部分,幼儿园教师是学前教育资源配置中核心的组成部分,教师资源的合理配置是促进学前教育公平、均衡发展的保证。调查发现,武汉市幼儿园教师资源配置在数量、质量和投入等方面仍存在不均衡的现象,造成这些现象的原因是教育政策的差别化实施,市域内经济发展不均衡等。为促进武汉市城乡幼儿园师资配置均衡发展,应该从幼儿园教师职前培养、准入、职后培训、保障与补充等方面进行相应改进。
Preschool education is an important part in China’s national education system. Kindergarten teachers are a core part in the allocation of preschool education resources. Reasonable allocation of teacher resources is a guarantee to promote fair and balanced development of preschool education. According to the investigation,allocation resources are still imbalanced in the quantity,quality and investment in Wuhan. In order to promote the balanced development of teacher allocation in urban and rural kindergartens in Wuhan, corresponding improvements should be made from the aspects of pre-service training, admission standards, post-service training,guarantee and supplement of kindergarten teachers.
