摘要
教育作为积累人力资本的主要途径,是促进经济增长的持久性因素。当前我国正处于大变革、大发展之中,社会经济结构不断调整,人口结构进一步变化。在此背景下出现了"民工荒"和"大学生就业难"现象,这两种现象之间存在内在的联系,蕴含对当前教育改革的若干深层思考。
Education as the main way that accumulates human resource is the constancy factor which promotes economical growth.At present,China is going through deep reform and development among the socio-economic structure adjustment,and further changes in population structure.In this context,there has been shortage of migrant workers and harsh employments of college students.Two phenomena are intrinsically linked,containing the deep thought for education reform.
