双筒式汽车液压减振器异响诊断 被引量:7

Diagnosis for the Abnormal Noise of Vehicle Twin-tube Hydraulic Shock Absorber

摘要 针对某车型的悬架减振器异响问题,通过台架试验采集了在不同激振频率下的活塞杆轴向振动加速度信号,利用PU探头采集了减振器噪声声速、声压信号。利用声速和声压信号对异响故障进行主观评价,然后对加速度信号在时域和频域中分析,根据分析数据进行客观评价。通过对比主观评价和客观评价的对应性,诊断出该型号减振器发生异响的位置,得到减振器轴向振动峰值频率。对该型号减振器进行三维建模,在ANSYS Workbench中对各零部件和组件求解各阶模态下的固有频率。将模态分析的结果与台架试验数据进行对比,确定活塞杆组件的五阶和六阶模态是异响的来源。研究方法为减振器的异响诊断和噪声控制提供参考依据。 Aimed to the abnormal noise problem of a vehicle suspension shock absorber,a bench test is carried out to collect the axial vibration acceleration signals of the piston rods at different excitation frequencies.Using PU probe collects the sound velocity and sound pressure signal of the damper noise.The subjective evaluation of the abnormal noise is performed,the acceleration data is analyzed in the time domain and the frequency domain,and objective evaluation is made based on the analysis data.We compare the consistency between subjective and objective evaluation,in order to diagnose the position of abnormal noise and obtain shock absorber axial vibration peak frequency.Establishing 3D modeling of the shock absorber,and the natural frequencies of all components are solved in ANSYS Workbench.The data of modal analysis is compared with the data of bench test,the results show that the fifth and sixth modes of piston rod assembly are the source of abnormal noise.The research method provides reference for diagnosing abnormal noise and control of shock absorbers noise.
