摘要
养老问题和医疗问题是我们关注的重要领域,医养结合模式应运而生,旨在解决老人的养老和医疗问题。社会工作作为一项推动社会发展的职业化的服务活动,在医养结合方面也在发挥越来越大的作用,相关领域的研究也在不断增加,学者们对社会工作介入其中的必要性和可行性、困境和问题,以及针对问题进行了研究并提出了相关对策。但相关研究还较为分散,未形成系统,研究成果相对较少,且研究质量不高;关于社会工作介入医养结合型养老模式的研究具有地域局限性,缺少全国性社会工作介入医养结合方面的研究;研究方法不够广泛,多为实证研究,以案例分析法为主,且大部分论述较为浅显,一般性理论升华较少,缺乏理论性系统研究。
Nowadays, the problem of providing for the aged and medical treatment is an important field that we pay close attention to, and the mode of combining medical and nursing emerges as the times require, aiming at solving the old age and medical problems of the elderly. As a professional service activity to promote social development, social work is also constantly involved in the combination of medical and nursing work, and is playing a role which is more and more important. For example, the necessary feasibility, difficulties and problems of social work intervention, as well as the relevant countermeasures are put forward. However, the relevant research is still scattered, not systematic, the research results are relatively few, and the research quality is not high;the related research has regional limitations and lacks the national research. The research methods are not extensive enough, most of them are empirical studies, mainly based on case analysis, and most of the discussions are simple, the general theory sublimation is less, and lack theoretical and systematic research.
