摘要
老年人口的迅速增长和人口老龄化进程的加速,加剧了中国养老资源需求增长与供给短缺之间的矛盾。不同的养老资源供给单位协同起来形成一种综合供给模式,正逐渐成为研究者和实践者的共识。在这种日趋流行的养老资源供给模式中,社会工作正在成为一支不可或缺的重要力量。
With the accelerated aging of China＇ s population, we have to face a great challenge ot the contradiction between demand rise and supply shortage of supporting resource for the old people. In the process of china＇ s society transition and future development, a composite supply model formed by different resource supplying units becomes consensus of researchers. In the model, social work is playing an indispensable role.
