摘要
晋中10号系山西省农业科学院高粱研究所科研人员运用化学诱变技术对15个种质资源进行遗传改良,用改良的种质资源与山西省农业科学院作物科学研究所食用豆课题组提供的抗豆象品种晋绿豆3号进行人工杂交,经过连续多年定向选择培育、品比试验、产量比较试验、多点联合鉴定试验、产量性状的评价、室内抗虫鉴定试验,最终综合考察选育而成。该品种生育期适中,植株直立,株形紧凑,具有较强的抗豆象能力,在晋中地区产量约1500 kg/hm^2,适宜在晋中地区不同土壤条件下推广种植。
Jinzhong 10 was selected by the researchers of Institute of Sorghum,Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The genetic improvement of 15 germplasm resources was carried out by using chemical mutation technology.The improved germplasm resources were used to hybridize with Jinlüdou 3,a soybean resistant variety provided by the research group of edible beans,Institute of Crop Sciences,Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences.After continuous years of directional selection and cultivation,product comparison test,yield comparison test,multi-point joint identification test,yield character evaluation,indoor insect resistance identification test,and finally comprehensive investigation and breeding,the hybrid was developed.The growth period of this variety was moderate,the plant was upright and compact with strong resistance to bruchid weevil.The yield in Jinzhong area was about 1500 kg/hm^2,which was suitable for planting in different soil conditions in Jinzhong area.
