瑞芬太尼配合麻醉的手术室患者中应用沟通方法的护理效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究瑞芬太尼配合麻醉的手术室患者中应用沟通方法的护理效果分析。方法:选取我院收治的手术患者130例,随机分成两组,两组患者在手术期间均进行瑞芬太尼配合麻醉,在此基础上对照组进行常规护理,则研究组在常规护理中采用沟通方法。对两组患者的抑郁、焦虑评分和护理满意度以及手术知识的掌握程度进行观察对比。结果:研究组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的手术室护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组手术知识的掌握程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将语言性沟通方式和肢体等非语言性沟通方式等多种沟通方法应用于瑞芬太尼配合麻醉手术室护理中可有效提高患者的满意度和患者关于手术知识的掌握程度,且较大程度上缓解了患者的不良情绪,值得推广。 Objective: To explore the nursing effect of the application of communication methods in patients in operation room with remifentanil combined with anesthesia. Methods: A total of 130 surgical patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were given remifentanil combined with anesthesia during the operation. On this basis, the control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given communication method in routine nursing. The scores of depression, anxiety, nursing satisfaction and operation knowledge of the two groups were compared. Results: The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of operating room nursing in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The mastery of surgical knowledge in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of various communication methods such as linguistic communication and non-verbal communication methods such as limbs in patients with remifentanilcombined with anesthesia can effectively improve patient satisfaction and patient mastery of surgical knowledge. To a large extent, the patient’s bad mood is alleviated and it is worth promoting.
