摘要
教学基本功比赛在青年教师成长过程中发挥着十分重要的作用,对于提高教师课堂教学能力、改进教育教学方法有着十分重要的意义。文章总结了青年教师教学基本功比赛的相关经验,结合日常教学工作,对青年教师丰富课堂内容、提升课堂效率、提高自身教学能力等问题展开讨论,并对如何提升教师课堂教学能力进行了分析。
The teaching basic skills competition plays a very active role in the growth of young teachers,and it is of great significance to improve teachers'classroom teaching ability and improve teaching methods.This article summarizes the relevant experience of young teachers'teaching basic skills competition,combines daily teaching work,and discusses enriching young teachers'classroom teaching content,improving the efficiency,advancing their teaching ability,etc.The article also analyzes how to improve teachers'classroomteaching ability.
