Analysis of Gas Control Technology in Fully Mechanized Coal Face

摘要 随着我国科学技术水平的不断提升,传统的机械化煤矿采掘技术在持续更新,现代化的采煤技术也不断应用到实际的煤矿工作中去,煤矿的生产能力得到巨大提升,工程进度也随之加快,我国煤矿开采水平取得了一定的成绩,但是在煤矿作业中也遇到了一些问题,其中最严重的一项问题就是瓦斯问题,煤矿作业下瓦斯的灾害主要是爆炸、突出以及窒息三种形式,不但会对煤矿开采的进度产生影响,更甚的是,会严重威胁工作人员的生命安全,带来极坏的社会影响。本文通过分析瓦斯在综采工作面涌出时的特征,谈论并探究了综采工作面瓦斯治理技术常见的几种措施,希望能为保障煤矿采掘更加安全提供参考。 With the continuous improvement of the scientific and technological level in China,the traditional mechanized coal mining technology is updated continuously,and the modern coal mining technology is applied to the actual coal mining work continuously.The coal mine production capacity has been greatly improved,and the project progress has also been accelerated.China’s coal mine mining level has achieved certain results,but some problems have also been encountered in coal mine operations.One of the most serious problems is the gas problem.Gas disasters under coal mine operation are mainly explosion,outburst and suffocation,which will not only affect the progress of coal mining,but also seriously threaten the safety of workers and bring extremely bad social impact.This paper analyzes the characteristics of gas emission in fully mechanized working face,discusses and explores several common measures of gas control technology in fully mechanized working face,hoping to provide reference for ensuring safer coal mining.
