摘要
针对九里山矿14141综采工作面高位抽采钻孔及自主加工上隅角封堵模块配合埋管抽放的立体式抽放方式,对工作面高位抽采钻孔及上隅角埋管抽放的瓦斯抽采管路系统进行改造,高位抽采钻孔由地面南风井瓦斯抽采泵站进行抽采,上隅角埋管抽放由西风井地面瓦斯抽采泵站进行抽放,从而达到以最少投入,获得最佳的采空区瓦斯治理效果,该技术的应用有效地解决了回采工作面上隅角瓦斯超限问题。
Stereoscopic gas drainage mode was applied on 14141 fully-mechanized coal face of Jiulishan Coal Mine,including the usage of high-level gas drainage boreholes,and self-made upper corner blocking module,and the buried tube drainage. The gas drainage pipeline system of high-level gas drainage boreholes and buried pipe in the upper corner of the working face was reformed. Gas was drained by ground south shaft gas-drainage pump station with high-level gas drainage boreholes,and gas was drained by ground west shaft gasdrainage pump station with buried pipe gas drainage in the upper corner. The best gas control effect in the goaf is obtained with the least input,and the application of this technology has effectively solved the problem of gas over-limit in the upper corner of the mining face.
