摘要
目的分析以代谢当量为指导的康复护理措施对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的研究影响。方法方便选取该院心血管科自2018年2月—2019年2月收治的84例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例,分别进行常规护理模式和基于代谢当量指导的康复护理的临床比较,观察两组患者6 min距离步行实验结果及使用明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量量表(Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire,MLHFQ)对两组患者的生活质量进行评估。结果经过实施不同护理措施后观察组患者6min距离步行实验结果为(337.60±41.23)m显著高于对照组的(275.50±51.60)m,比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.973,P=0.080),MLHFQ评分情况观察组患者为(51.40±7.67)分,对照组患者为(61.80±8.50)分,比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.870,P=0.010)。结论采用基于代谢当量指导的康复护理措施可明显提升慢性心衰患者的生活质量,有益于治疗效果的改善。
Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing measures guided by metabolic equivalence on life quality of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods In the hospital cardiovascular division from February 2018 to February 2019,84 cases of patients with convenient election chronic Heart Failure as the research to the,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,42 cases respectively for regular and nursing mode based on metabolic equivalent guide the rehabilitation nursing clinical comparison,observe two groups patients 6 min walking distance experiment results and using the Minnesota Heart Failure in the quality of life scale(Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire,MLHFQ)in two groups to evaluate the patient's quality of life.Results Different nursing measures through the observation group of patients after 6 min walking distance experiment result is(337.60±41.23)m is significantly higher than control group(275.50±51.60)m,and there was statistically significant difference(t=2.973,P=0.008),MLHFQ grading observation group patients(51.40±7.67)points,control group patients(61.80±8.50)points,and there was statistically significant difference(t=2.870,P=0.010).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing measures based on metabolic equivalence can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure and improve the therapeutic effect.
