摘要
为了满足华东地区人们对荠菜的特殊喜好,充分发挥野生荠菜食药同源和营养价值较高的特性,克服人工栽培产量低、效益差的短板,南通科技职业学院通过反复试验及在海门、东台等地多处示范推广,利用秋、冬季气温较低这一特定条件,发明了秋播荠菜三种多收高效栽培技术,主要包括品种选择、精细整地、破除休眠、田间管理、采密留疏,病虫防治等措施,每667m^2产量从1000 kg左右提高到2500 kg,产值5000元以上,社会效益、经济效益显著。
In order to meet people’s special preference for shepherd’s purse in East China,give full play to the characteristics of wild shepherd’s purse which had the same source of food and medicine and high nutritional value,and overcome the short board of low yield and poor benefit of artificial cultivation,Nantong College of Science and Technology,through repeated experiments and demonstration and promotion in many places,such as Haimen,Dongtai and so on,had invented three sowing and multiple harvest of autumn sown shepherd’s purse under the specific conditions of low temperature in autumn and winter.The high-efficiency cultivation technique mainly included the measures of cultivar selection,fine land preparation,breaking dormancy,field management,harvesting intensively and keeping sparse,pest control and so on.The yield per 667 m^2 increased from about 1000 kg to 2500 kg,the output value was more than 5000 yuan,and the social and economic benefits were significant.
