摘要
[目的]对四川省37家三甲综合医院2017年住院医疗服务进行DRGs绩效评价。[方法]利用四川省DRGs平台,从医疗服务能力、医疗服务效率、医疗质量与安全3个维度展开评价。[结果]2017年四川省三甲综合医院DRGs组数多集中在600~700组;CMI指数主要分布于0.8~1.2;时间、费用消耗指数多分布于第一象限和第四象限;20家中低风险组病死率低于或等于均值0.81‰,19家标准化病死率低于或等于均值6.61‰。[结论]四川省三甲综合医院医疗服务能力整体发展较好,但地区发展不平衡,住院医疗服务效率普遍偏低,部分医院中低风险病死率偏高。
Objective DRGs performance evaluation on hospitalization service in 373-A class general hospital in Sichuan province.Methods It used provincial DRGs platform,conducted evaluation from three dimensions of medical service capability,medical service efficiency,medical quality and safety.Results DRGs groups of 3-A class general hospital were mostly concentrated from 600 to 700 in 2017.CMI index was mainly distributed from 0.8 to 1.2.Time and cost consumption index were mostly distributed in the first and fourth quadrants.The mortality of middle-low-risk group in 20 hospitals was lower than or equal to the average of 0.81%0.The standardized mortality rate in 19 hospitals was lower than or equal to the average of 6.61%0.Conclusions The overall development of medical service capacity of 3-A class general hospital in Sichuan province is good,but regional development unbalance,the efficiency of inpatient medical service is generally low,and middle-low-risk mortality rate in some hospitals is high.
