摘要
中国已进入城镇化发展新阶段,使中国农村发生巨大分化。乡村振兴必须分类推进、精准施策,其中重点在于普通农业型村庄。乡村振兴的地方实践,往往陷入“路径依赖”,囿于产业振兴和环境整治,同乡村社会主要矛盾的变化及农民内生需求还不相适应。探索乡村振兴的更多可能性,可以设想再造村社集体,以组织振兴实现农民生产生活新形式的再组织化,进而实现乡村社会的文化振兴,创造出适应现代社会、面向未来的新的美好生活方式。
China has entered a new stage of urbanization development,which has caused a huge differentiation in rural regions.Rural revitalization should promote classified and precise implementation policies,especially focus on ordinary agricultural villages.The local practice of rural revitalization often falls into"path dependence",limited to industrial revitalization and environmental remediation,and fails to meet the major contradictions in rural society and the endogenous needs of farmers.Exploring more possibilities for rural revitalization,this study envisages re-creating village collectives,organizing revitalization,realizing new forms of farmers′production and life,and then realizing the cultural revitalization of rural society and creating a new beautiful lifestyle fit to the modern society in future.
