摘要
以富勒烯C 60为碳源,通过水热法一步合成水溶性好且具有明亮蓝色荧光的富勒烯量子点。基于Fe 3+对量子点荧光的淬灭机制,建立一种高效快速检测Fe 3+的分析方法。在0~50μmol/L的Fe 3+浓度范围内,量子点荧光淬灭程度与Fe 3+的浓度呈良好的线性关系(R 2=0.996),检出限为0.14μmol/L。
Fullerene quantum dots(FQDs)containing favourable water solubility and brightly blue fluorescence were prepared by one-step hydrothermal reaction of fullerene C 60.An analytical method for Fe 3+detection was stablished based on fluorescence quenching of FQDs by combining Fe 3+.A satisfied linear relationship between Fe 3+concentration and fluorescence quenching degree were achieved in the range of 0-50μmol/L with the detection limit of 0.14μmol/L.
