Zinner综合征的诊治经验 被引量：5

摘要 Zinner综合征临床少见,且症状隐匿,青少年时期常无自觉症状,患者往往在中年时被诊断,其常见症状主要是血精、射精困难、反复的肉眼血尿等。本文收集了4例Zinner综合征患者的病例资料,确诊后根据不同临床表现分别采取手术治疗或保守治疗,均恢复良好。目前,推荐将MRI作为诊断Zinner综合征首选检查方法。治疗上,无症状患者推荐观察随访,有症状患者推荐采用腹腔镜、机器人辅助手术治疗。
