摘要
在水稻灌浆初期,通过叶面施硒的方法,设置不同浓度的富生物有机硒肥进行小区田间试验。结果表明:不同浓度的处理对水稻的品质性状有着不同程度的影响。在粒长、粒型、垩白粒率和透明度这4个外观指标上,处理与对照差异不大,但是在垩白度这个指标上,4个处理较对照均显著性降低,且表现出C3>C1>C4>C2>CK;在出糙率和精米率上,4个处理较CK有所降低,但是在整精米率上,C3较CK有所提升;4个处理相比CK均提高了直链淀粉含量,但是胶稠度出现了不同程度的降低,在氨基酸含量和碱消值上结果不一;水稻对硒的吸收规律整体表现为叶片>茎秆>稻米,且均以C3处理中硒含量最高;稻米中硒含量以C3处理最高(0.432 mg/kg),且4个处理中有机硒占比均达到80%以上,精准达到湖北省食品安全地方标准《富有机硒食品硒含量要求》(DBS 42/002-2014)。
In the early stage of rice filling, the different concentrations of bioorganic selenium-enriched fertilizer were used for field experiment of small area by crop-dusting. It turned out that the concentrations of bioorganic selenium-rich fertilizer had different influences on the quality character of rice. Compared with the control, the appearance of grain length, grain length-to-width ratio, chalkiness rate and transparency had showed no obvious differences. However, in terms of the chalkiness, the four treatments were significance lower than the control, as following C3>C1>C4>C2>CK. In terms of brown rice rate and milled rice rate, the four treatments were slightly lower than the CK. Whilst in terms of head rice yield, the C3 was higher than CK. Compared with the CK, the four treatments displayed increased amylose content but various degrees of decreased gel consistency, and differed in amino acid content and alkali depletion. Besides, the absorption of bioorganic selenium by rice mainly manifested as in leaf>stem>white rice. Among the five groups of the samples, the C3 possessed the highest content of bioorganic selenium in the aforementioned three parts. Especially, the selenium content in the rice of C3 sample reached 0.432 mg/kg. The bioorganic selenium content in the four groups of the treatments all over 80%, which fully met the local standard of Hubei province for food safety, "The Selenium Content Requirements for Organic Selenium-rich Food"(DBS42/002-2014).
