摘要
传统有限转角力矩电机存在可靠性较低和无冗余能力等缺点。为改善和提升有限转角力矩电机的可靠性和冗余度,本文通过理论分析和仿真优化,设计出一种双余度有限转角力矩电机。电机有三个出线端子,将绕组分成互为备份的两套绕组,以实现电机的双余度目的。通过给不同引出线端子组合通电,电机可实现不同转向的角位移输出,当有一个端子失效时,不影响另外两个端子的正常工作。
The traditional limited angle torque motor has the disadvantages of low reliability and no redundancy.In order to improve the reliability and redundancy of the motor,we designed a dual redundancy limited angle torque motor through theoretical analysis and simulation optimization.The motor has three outgoing terminals,and the windings of the motor are divided by terminals into sets of backup for each other,so as to realize the double redundancy function of the motor.By energizing the terminal combination of different outgoing lines,the motor can realize the angular displacement output of different steering directions.If one terminal fails,it will not affect the normal operation of the other two terminals.
