摘要
介绍了一种新型有限转角电动机的结构设计。该电动机采用分数槽绕组形式,与采用整数槽绕组的有限转角电动机相比可以大大降低转矩波动,并用有限元软件对该电动机进行了仿真验证。该电动机具有可靠性高、控制方式简单和体积紧凑等特点,并且在成本上节约很多。
A new structure design of limited angle motor was introduced in this paper, which was validated by Ansoft software. This motor had a unique structure design, using fractional slot winding to decrease cogging torque. When compared with the traditional brushless DC motor,it had higher reliability, simpler control method and more compact size. In addition it cut a lot in product cost.
