摘要
《医疗机构管理条例》第五章监督管理只有4条规范,且在实践中存在一定的滞后性,需要进行修改与完善。以实践为基础归纳了对医疗机构监督管理过程中需要明确的问题,提出相应的修改建议,包括充分发挥行业协会的监管责任、补充完善该条例中相关义务和责任的对应性、完善医疗机构校验制度、修订医疗机构评审标准和流程。
The supervision in Regulations on The Administration of Medical Institutions only have four clauses.There is a certain lag in practice and should be revised.Based on the practice,this paper summarized five problems in the process of supervision on medical institutions,and put forward corresponding suggestions.The suggestions are giving full power to the profession associations,supplementing the correspondence between relevant obligations and responsibilities,improving the medical institutions calibration system,revising the standards and processes of assessment on medical institutions,and improving the severely penalties and making penalties practicable.
