摘要
医疗纠纷频繁发生给医疗机构带来严重负面效应,对医疗卫生事业的健康发展造成了消极影响。本文以医疗机构管理为视角,探析医疗纠纷的防范与解决机制,不仅有助于从源头上预防医疗纠纷的发生,而且有助于医疗机构正确地解决医疗纠纷,避免医患矛盾激化。
Abstract： Frequent happening of medical disputes has brought many negative effects to medical institutions, and have caused a negative impact on the heahhy development of medical and heahhcare system. This paper, from the perspective of medical institutions management, tries to find out the prevention and resolution mechanism of medical disputes , which is not only helpful to prevent medical disputes at the initial stage, but also beneficial to help medical institutions to resolve medical disputes and avoid doctor-patient conflicts escalating.
