摘要
目的:研究探讨精细化护理干预在下肢静脉通路行多层螺旋CT扫描CTA检查中的应用效果。方法:随机选取2015年1月—2019年1月于我院接受下肢静脉通路行多层螺旋CT扫描中CT A检查的30例患者作为研究对象,并采用随机分组法将其分为研究组和对比组,其中给于对比组患者常规护理治疗,在此基础上给于研究组患者精细化护理干预治疗,统计对比两组患者接受检查后对护理治疗的满意度。结果:通过对两组患者行护理干预治疗,研究组患者满意度明显高于对比组患者且对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予行下肢静脉通路行多层螺旋CT扫描中CTA检查患者的精细化护理干预治疗,能有效缓解患者的不良情绪,减轻患者对检查的恐惧感,以此提高患者的配合度,进一步提高检查图像质量和检查准确率。因此,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the application effect of fine nursing intervention in multi-spiral CT CTA examination of venous access of lower extremities.Methods 30 patients who underwent multi-slice spiral CT CTA examination in venous access of lower extremities from January 2015 to January 2019 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into study group and control group by random grouping method.The patients in control group were given routine nursing treatment,and the patients in study group were given meticulous nursing on this basis.Physical intervention treatment,statistical comparison of two groups of patients after examination of nursing treatment satisfaction.Results Through nursing intervention for two groups of patients,the satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing intervention for patients undergoing multi-slice spiral CT CTA examination of lower limb venous access can effectively alleviate patients'bad mood and alleviate patients'fear of spiral examination,so as to improve patients'cooperation degree and further improve the image quality and accuracy of examination.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
