摘要
探讨在多层螺旋CT增强检查过程中实施引导式教育联合心理护理对患者配合度及满意度的影响。选取2023年4月—2024年6月于盐城市第一人民医院接受多层螺旋CT增强检查的258例患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各129例。对照组采取传统护理方法,观察组采取引导式教育联合心理护理,比较两组患者的配合度及满意度,评估两组患者护理前后的心理状态及生活质量。结果显示,观察组患者配合度及满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁心理状态评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在多层螺旋CT增强检查过程中采取引导式教育联合心理护理能够有效提高患者的配合度及满意度,改善患者的心理状态,值得借鉴。
This study explores the influence of implementing guided education combined with psychological nursing on patients’compliance and satisfaction during multi-slice spiral CT enhanced examinations.A total of 258 patients who underwent multi-slice spiral CT enhanced examinations at Yancheng No.1 People’s Hospital from April 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 129 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing methods,while the observation group received guided education combined with psychological nursing.The compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and the psychological status and quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing were evaluated.The results showed that the compliance and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that guided education combined with psychological nursing during multi-slice spiral CT enhanced examinations can effectively improve patients’compliance and satisfaction,and improve patients’psychological status,which is worthy of reference.
