摘要
目的:研究全方位护理对提高核磁共振检查质量的效果影响。方法:选取我院2018年1月—2019年7月收治的8500例行核磁共振检查的患者,按照随机分组原则将其平均分为观察组和对照组,对观察组实行全方位护理标准进行护理措施,对照组按照我院标准实行常规护理措施,排除影响本实验结果因素,观察比较观察组和对照组患者的检查配合度、患者满意度以及核磁共振检查准确度。结果:观察组患者检查配合率为91.1%(3870/4250),满意度为82.8%(3519/4250),检查准确度为97.1%(4128/4250);对照组患者检查配合率为77.2%(3208/4250),满意度为82.3%(3497/4250),检查准确率为89.4%(3801/4250),两组实验结果具有可比性。结论:对行核磁共振检查患者进行全方位护理有助于显著提高患者检查配合率及患者满意度,从而提高患者检查准确度,同时解决检查位置紧缺问题。
Objective To study the effect of omni-directional nursing on improving the quality of nuclear magnetic resonance examination.Methods 8500 patients who underwent magnetic resonance examination in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random grouping.The observation group was given nursing measures according to all-round nursing standards,while the control group was given routine nursing measures according to the standards of our hospital,excluding the influence of this experiment.Results Factors were observed and compared between the observation group and the control group in terms of examination cooperation,patient satisfaction and accuracy of nuclear magnetic resonance examination.Results The matching rate was 91.1%(3870/4250),the satisfaction rate was 82.8%(3519/4250)and the accuracy rate was 97.1%(4128/4250)in the observation group,77.2%(3208/4250)and 82.3%(3497/4250)in the control group,and the accuracy rate was 89.4%(3801/4250).The results of the two groups were comparable.Conclusion All-round nursing for patients undergoing magnetic resonance examination is helpful to improve the cooperation rate and satisfaction of patients,thus improving the accuracy of patients'examination and solving the problem of lack of examination location.
