摘要
目的探讨全方位护理对提高核磁共振检查质量的影响。方法选取我院在2015年6月-2016年7月收治的120例行核磁共振检查的患者,将其随机分为两组,分别是观察组60例和对照组60例,其中对照组患者在进行检查时给予常规护理措施,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予全方位护理措施,观察比较两组患者的检查配合率及满意度。结果观察组患者的检查配合率为96.7%,满意度为98.3%;对照组患者的检查配合率为88.3%,满意度为86.7%。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论全方位护理能够消除患者紧张、焦虑的情绪,可以有效提高患者的配合率和满意度,从而提高检查质量,保证检查的顺利完成。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on the quality of MRI examination. Methods In our hospital from June 2015 to July 2016, 120 cases of MRI examination were randomly divided into two groups, respectively 60 cases in observation group and 60 cases in the control group, the control group were given routine nursing measures during the examination, the patients in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing care given comprehensive nursing care measures were compared between the two groups of patients with the rate and degree of satisfaction. Results Observation group of patients with the examination of the matching rate was 96.7%, satisfaction was 98.3%, the control group of patients with the examination and coordination rate was 86.7%, the satisfaction rate was 88.3%. There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can eliminate the tension and anxiety of patients, can effectively improve the patient＇s coordination rate and satisfaction, so as to improve the quality of inspection, to ensure the smooth completion of the inspection.
