天然气管道泄漏蒸气云爆炸后果评估方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 在对天然气管道泄漏事故后果分析的基础上,采用建立与选择数学模型、伤害准则的方法对泄漏后果蒸气云爆炸评估方法进行研究,并进行了工程实例验证。天然气泄漏后蒸气云爆炸是最主要的伤害形式,考虑极端情况,提出了以小孔模型代替管道模型来确定泄漏量的计算方法,同时考虑天然气为混合气体的特性,给出了相应的计算模型。采用TNT当量法来评估天然气的爆炸效应,给出了冲击波超压对人员和建筑伤害的相关模型。研究结果表明,该方法对于评价极端情况下天然气管道泄漏的蒸气云爆炸后果具有较好的适用性,对类似情况下天然气管道泄漏后果评估具有一定参考价值。 Based on the analysis of the consequences of natural gas pipeline leakage accidents, this paper uses the method of establishing and selecting mathematical models and injury criteria to study the vapor cloud explosion assessment method of leakage consequences, and validates project examples. Vapor cloud explosion is the most important form of injury after natural gas leakage. Considering the extreme case, the keyhole model instead of the piping model is proposed to determine the leakage calculation method. At the same time, considering the characteristics of natural gas as a mixed gas, the corresponding calculation model is given. The TNT equivalent method is used to evaluate the explosion effect of natural gas,and a related model of shock wave overpressure on personnel and buildings is given. The research results show that the method has a good applicability to the vapor cloud explosion consequences of natural gas pipeline leakage under extreme conditions,and has certain reference value for the assessment of the consequences of gas pipeline leakage in similar situations.
