摘要
提出了基于NX PDW的级进模计算机辅助设计(CAD)与基于熔融沉积成型(FDM)的模具计算机辅助制造(CAM)的综合实验课程。内容包括由基于NX PDW的级进模计算机辅助设计,得到全三维级进模的数字模型,再将三维级进模零件数字模型,导入到切片软件Simplify3D,经过模型编辑及参数设置,导出3D打印设备能识别的G-Code,最后使用HTS5003D打印设备,打印出所设计的级进模零件。该实验课程的实施,不仅加强了学生材料成形智能化技能方面的训练,而且使教学实验安全、高效。
The experimental course of computer-aided design based on NX PDW and computer-aided manufacturing based on fused deposition modeling(FDM)is proposed.Firstly,by the computer-aided design of progressive die is designed based on the NX PDW,and the progressive die of full three-dimensional digital model is then obtained.Secondly,the designed 3D model is imported into the slicing software Simpyry3D.After model editing and parameter setting,the G-code that the 3D printing device can recognize is derived.Finally,the HTS5003D printing device is used to print out the designed parts of progressive die.The implementation of this experimental course not only strengthens the training of students’material forming intelligent skills,but also makes the teaching experiment safe and efficient.
