摘要
共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,其实现有赖于合作模式中分工和分配方式的选择。分工的效率优势提升生产力水平,分配方式的改进推动生产关系的进步,并反作用于生产力的持续发展,分工又要以共同体为条件和目标。然而,分配合作成果时个体的排他性不仅可能导致合作的低效,而且会引发合作者之间的对抗冲突进而导致共同体的分裂。排他性是对公共性的扭曲或背离。这就表明需要基于合作的公共性维度来检视分工、分配与共同富裕的关系,进而把走共同富裕道路的优势更好地发挥出来。
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism. The realization of common prosperity depends on the choice of division of labor and distribution in the cooperation model. The efficiency advantage of division of labor enhances the level of productivity. The improvement of distribution methods promotes the progress of production relations and promotes the continuous development of productivity. The division of labor must also take the community as the condition and goal. However, the exclusivity of individuals in the distribution of cooperation results may not only lead to inefficient cooperation, but also lead to confrontation and conflict between partners and thus the division of the community. Exclusiveness is a distortion or departure from publicity. This shows that the relationship among common prosperity, division of labor, and distribution needs to be viewed on the public dimension of cooperation, and then gives full play to the advantages of taking the path of common prosperity.
