科学素养导向下小学科学教师专业发展的路径探索 被引量:2

Exploring the Path of Professional Development of Primary School Science Teachers under the Guidance of Science Literacy

摘要 当前,小学科学教育在我国基础教育中的地位逐渐凸显,科学素养是科学教育的目标和内容。我国小学科学教育水平相对落后,科学教师存在专业知识欠缺、专业认同度低、专业发展动力不足等现实性问题。通过对阻碍小学科学教师专业发展内外因素的分析,从转变思想观念、完善培训和职称评审制度和营造良好成长环境等方面提出了探索路径,以期达到促进我国小学科学教师专业发展之目的。 At present,the status of primary science education in China's basic education has gradually become prominent,and science literacy is the goal and content of science education.However,the situation of science education in primary schools in China is relatively backward,and science teachers have realistic problems such as lack of professional knowledge,low professional recognition,and insufficient professional development motivation.Through the analysis of the internal and external factors that hinder the professional development of primary school science teachers,this paper proposes a path of exploration from the aspects of changing concept,perfecting the training and job title evaluation system and creating a good environment,in order to achieve the purpose of promoting the professional development of primary school science teachers in China.
