多元化教学模式在肝胆外科护理教学中的应用价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究在临床护理教学中对肝胆外科应用多元化教学模式的价值。方法选取2017年2月—2019年2月肝胆外科的60名护理实习生作为该次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30名。给予对照组传统教学法进行护理教学培训,给予观察组多元化教学模式进行护理教学培训。比较两种教学模式的应用效果。结果观察组护生的理论知识(48.12±4.40)分和技能操作(41.50±5.02)分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护生对培训认可度中认为有利于激发学习兴趣(93.33%)、有利于培养信息获取能力(96.67%)、有利于培养独立思考能力(96.67%)、有利于提升学习效率(90.00%)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理教学中对肝胆外科应用多元化教学模式具有良好的效果,能够提高护生的综合能力水平,且认可度较高,可在临床教学中进行推广。 Objective To study the value of diversified teaching mode in hepatobiliary surgery in clinical nursing teaching.Methods Sixty nursing interns from hepatobiliary surgery from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the subjects of the study.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,30 cases each.The traditional teaching method of the control group was given for nursing teaching training,and the observation group was given a multi-disciplinary teaching mode for nursing teaching training.Compare the application effects of the two teaching modes.Results The theoretical knowledge(48.12±4.40)points and skill operation(41.50±5.02)points of the nursing group in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing students in the observation group were considered to be beneficial to stimulate learning interest in the training recognition.(93.33%),which is conducive to the cultivation of information acquisition ability(96.67%),is conducive to the cultivation of independent thinking ability(96.67%),and is conducive to improving learning efficiency(90.00%)than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing teaching,it has a good effect on the application of diversified teaching mode in hepatobiliary surgery,which can improve the comprehensive ability level of nursing students,and the recognition degree is high,which can be promoted in clinical teaching.
