摘要
目的改革静脉穿刺培训基地教学模式,提高新护士静脉穿刺相关理论知识和操作技术,改善护理服务质量。方法对2018年上半年6个月中26批次接受培训的128名学员的工作与考核进行汇总分析,并于2018年7月起进行教学改革,在下半年6个月实施新的培训模式。培训基地的教学小组在统一培训后对学员在实际操作中的静脉穿刺能力、相关理论知识、应急能力及医德医风反馈等综合能力进行观察与考评。结果下半年接受培训的27批次130名学员静脉穿刺一次成功率提升,静脉穿刺相关理论知识、应急能力和综合能力得到提升,医德医风投诉为零。结论改革后的教学模式对于提高新护士穿刺技术、相关理论知识和综合能力具有重要意义。
Objective To reform the teaching mode of venipuncture training base,improve the theoretical knowledge and operation technology of new nurses'venipuncture,and improve the quality of nursing services.Methods The work and assessment of 128 trainees trained in 26 batches in the first half of 2018 were summarized and analyzed.In July 2018,the teaching reform was carried out,and the new training mode was implemented in the second half of the year.After the unified training,the teaching team of the training base observes and evaluates the comprehensive ability of the students in the actual operation of venipuncture ability,related theoretical knowledge,emergency ability and medical ethics feedback.Results 27 batches of 130 trainees in the second half of the year,the success rate of venipuncture was improved,the theoretical knowledge,emergency ability and comprehensive ability of venipuncture were improved,and the medical ethics complaint was zero.Conclusion Reformed teaching model is of great significance for improving the new nurse puncture technique,relevant theoretical knowledge and comprehensive ability,thus further improving the quality of nursing services.
