摘要
目的探讨供应室护生带教过程中应用创新性目标教学法的效果。方法研究对象共选择2017年4月—2018年11月期间在该院供应室进行护理实习的护生60名,以随机原则分成两组,包括观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组护生采取常规供应室护理带教法进行教学,观察组护生则采取创新性目标教学法进行供应室护理实习带教。结果护生供应室护理实习结束后的理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩和综合考试成绩相比,观察组护生均要明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理实习期间的学习积极性,观察组护生要明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对教学方法认可度方面,观察组护生均要明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创新性目标教学法能够显著提高供应室护理带教质量,激发护生的学习积极性,从而显著提高护生的各项学习成绩,并获得了护生更高的认可度。
Objective To explore the effect of applying innovative goal teaching method in the process of nursing students in supply room.Methods A total of 60 nursing students who underwent nursing internships in the hospital from April 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,including the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The nursing students in the control group were taught by the regular supply room nursing teaching method,while the nursing students in the observation group adopted the innovative target teaching method to carry out the supply room nursing practice teaching.Results Compared with the control group,the nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the nursing internship,the nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Regarding the recognition of teaching methods,the nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The innovative goal teaching method can significantly improve the quality of nursing education in the supply room,stimulate the enthusiasm of nursing students,and thus significantly improve the learning performance of nursing students,and obtain higher recognition of nursing students.
